Operation King Killer

Operation King Killer is the Act 4 Endgame operation, added in Season 4 Reloaded (June 25, 2026). It follows Operation Wall Breaker and pushes the JSOC vs. Guild story to the physical Central Command Node. The operation unlocks the new Prime Target Glitch Fracture and its boss. Progress persists across matches.

With the Guild network fully exposed by Wall Breaker, King Killer sends Operators to strike the terminal that houses the Command Node. The operation begins in Zone III or higher and opens with vehicular combat.

Full walkthrough

  1. Vehicular Violence - Gather anomalous data through unorthodox vehicle combat. Destroy a VTOL with a melee weapon, kill 20 Guild Tech or Human enemies with a vehicle turret, and destroy an occupied Guild vehicle with a scorestreak or equipment.

  2. Gear Head - Create unusual data streams with your equipment. Kill 10 Fears rapidly with a Molotov, kill 3 enemies rapidly with a remote-piloted Needle Drone, and eliminate 20 enemies using equipment.

  3. Power Tools - Overwhelm the Guild with heavy firepower. Kill 40 enemies with the Rhino scorestreak, eliminate 5 enemies through objects with the Gravemaker scorestreak, and kill enemies rapidly with the RC-XD scorestreak.

  4. Danger Close - Gather close-combat data. Kill an enemy with the Combat Axe from more than 50 meters, kill 5 Special Enemies with an exotic melee weapon, and kill 10 enemies rapidly with a melee weapon.

  5. High Octane - Gather verticality data. Kill an Infester with equipment, kill 10 VTOL passengers before they deploy, and kill 5 enemies while airborne.

  6. Hands Tied - Operate under strict equipment limits. Kill 20 enemies with an ability, get 20 kills from summoned D.A.W.G.s, Guild Bots, or Fears, and activate an Exfil then escape without firing a weapon.

  7. Peak Performance - Prove your execution speed. Destroy a VTOL before it deploys all its passengers, complete a Grid Takedown Activity within 60 seconds, and complete a Guild Checkpoint Activity before reinforcements arrive.

  8. Blood Rider - Assault the C-Link network with the Blood Burner. Kill 50 Fears with the Blood Burner ability, and kill 10 enemies with Blood Burner during a Guild Strike Activity.

  9. Cannon Fodder - Show skilled use of the Hand Cannon. Kill 2 enemies with a single Hand Cannon shot, get 5 long-range Hand Cannon kills, and eliminate 3 Elite enemies with the Hand Cannon ability.

  10. Glitch Step: Prime Target - Collect an encryption key from Titans, D.A.W.G.s, or Rhinos in Zone IV or higher to start a Terminal Vector Activity, then enter the Prime Target Glitch Fracture and defeat the Glitch Boss to complete the operation. Rewards

Section titled “Rewards”

The headline reward is the Data Freeze Operator Skin, earned by defeating the Prime Target Glitch Boss in the final step with a specific operator:

  • Defeat the boss as Samuels, Wei Lin, or Kagan to earn that operator’s unique Data Freeze skin.
  • Earn 1 Data Freeze skin to unlock the “End of Daze” Weapon Camo.
  • Earn all 3 Data Freeze skins to unlock the “End of Dayz” Animated Weapon Camo.

Alongside the skins, the operation pays out a reward track across its steps: a “Decompression” weapon charm, a Restore Token, a Double XP Token, a “Last Breath” emblem, a Battle Pass XP Token, an “Upper Limit” decal, a Double Weapon XP Token, a “Dutybound” loading screen, a “Good Point” emote, and, from the final Glitch Step, a “Coolant Leak” weapon blueprint and a “To the Grave” calling card. Each step also grants XP and additional Combat Rating.
