World Events

World Events are large-scale, high-difficulty encounters that occur once per match at a fixed area of Avalon. They are the most rewarding objective type in Endgame, but also the most demanding. World Events typically require multiple players to complete within the event timer.

World Events are not always active. Each event triggers once per match at a set time or when enough players enter the event area. The event marker appears on the Tac Map and C-Link display when it becomes active. Players from any squad can participate, as there is no PvP in Endgame. Coordination with other players in the lobby, even from different squads, is possible and often necessary.

If the event timer expires before the event is completed, it fails and does not reset for the remainder of the match. Each World Event type occurs only once per match.

Completing a World Event drops an Exotic Skill for participating players. Exotic Skills are powerful passive upgrades that can only be obtained from World Events. They also extend the maximum Combat Rating by 3 when obtained and fully upgraded.

Zone: Zone II

Destroy the Guild Colossus (HEL-A27), a massive mechanized robot that patrols Zone II. Players must enter the robot through a foot or back portal to reach the Reactor Core inside. The fight has three phases corresponding to floors inside the chamber.

Zone: Zone III

Kill the Z-Rex (Toxic Tyrant), a massive creature covered in fused rot and bone. The event has two stages: first closing portals by depositing Convergence Artifacts collected from HVT Fear enemies, then fighting the Z-Rex itself. The Z-Rex has a large health pool and a hard timer.

Zone: Zone III or Zone IV

Destroy the Advanced Guild VTOL known as the Wraith Wing. This is the highest-zone World Event and takes place in Zone III or Zone IV. The Wraith Wing is an aerial target requiring sustained fire and positioning. Further mechanics details are documented on the event’s dedicated page.

Zone: Zone I (Fallout limited-time mode only)

Eliminate the Irradiated Deathclaws as part of the Fallout limited-time event. This World Event was available during the Fallout crossover event and is not active in standard Endgame matches. It follows the same structure as other World Events: one occurrence per match, requires coordination, and rewards Exotic Skills on completion.

  • Activities - Faster objectives that activate by proximity
  • Assignments - Multi-step missions with intermediate rewards
  • Glitch Fracture - Unlocked after completing a Guild Strike, separate from World Events
  • Exotic Skills - The primary reward from World Event completion
